the internationally acclaimed, multiple
Juno Award winner is a
singer/songwriter with an uncom-
mon ability to reach others through
song. His storytelling, strong vocals
and powerful lyrics combine to make
his subjects — from the foreclosed
farmer to the Canadian soldier in
Dieppe, to the working Joe, to the
teenage lover — immediate and
intensely moving. In 1996, Dawn
made her recording debut by singing
background vocals with Jann Arden
on The Other Side for Anne Murray’s
self-titled CD. Tickets are $40, $33,
