Tea and Tour at 2 p.m. Learn about a
unique aspect of the community’s history
every Sunday afternoon, followed
by tea in the gardens. Topics about
exploring both the area’s natural and
human histories will vary. Cost is $7 for
tour, tea and scone.

The GLOUCESTER GALLERY presents
M. (Peggy) Hughes: Scratching the
Surface Too. Images and shapes are
painted and scratched onto the surface
of the canvas, emerging as personal
icons. In this exhibition, the artist uses
these personal icons and “mindscapes”
as metaphors to explore isolation and
to seek truth in art and life.

day and mayhem ensues. Rating: PG –
