sold, deeded or willed. You can buy up to
seven fractions of a cottage or seven shares,
which can be kept forever, sold or transferred.
The energy-efficient, two-storey 1,700square-foot
cottages feature fully equipped
kitchens with Energy Star appliances, plus
three decks and an outdoor grill. Thanks to
preservation of mature trees and attention to
sight lines, views and cottage privacy are
maximized.
Join the fun at the village clubhouse,
which features a hot tub, exercise room,
lounge and movie theatre. A star gazing
tower, tennis courts, volleyball courts and a
