Camping is not Theresa Dupuis’
idea of fun.
But don’t be fooled. Theresa
may be 78 and she may be totally
blind and camping may not be
her favourite activity, but this is
one woman who has never entertained
the notion of failure.
Since losing her sight at age
60, Theresa has taken up alpine
skiing, rowed on the Ottawa
River, gone snowshoeing, hiking
and tandem cycling, learned the
intricacies of sculpting, formed
book and card clubs, taught her-
