There are 205 suites in all and they range in size from 670
to 1475 square feet. Designed to provide plenty of natural
light and an air of spaciousness, each suite boasts state-ofthe-art

each suite must be at least 55 years of age, ensuring continuity
in the resident population of the building.
The Central Park Campus features retirement, seniors'
suites and lifestyle equity lease options for the mature market.
As part of this Alavida Lifestyles Community, The Astoria
is able to assist you with support or care needs, should they
be required in future years. If, at some point, you decide the
seniors’ suites or the retirement residence would be a better
